How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed entirely online via our website or you can send us a DM or WhatsApp message with the name and picture of the item you like, Confirm your order and delivery details with one of our representatives, Make your payment (You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is received) and your order is on the way!
What payment methods does Luna use?
Luna accepts payment via Cash, Mobile money, Bank transfer or PayPal. For further information on how PayPal works please contact our Support Team.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, Luna Bridal can process your orders and payments via phone.
Can I place a bulk purchase order?
To enquire about a bulk purchase order, please contact our Support Team at email@example.com. Unfortunately, wholesale orders are unavailable at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Luna Bridal offers next-day delivery on all orders within Dar es salaam. However, this does not apply to Pre-orders, Luna Luxury items or orders outside Dar es salaam
Does Luna bridal ship internationally?
Luna bridal ships worldwide. However, shipping costs will vary depending on the destination. Please contact our Support Team for more assistance.
Can I return an item purchased with a gift card?
We do not offer refunds on items purchased via gift card. If you have changed your mind or your item is faulty you can only exchange the item.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email.
If you do not receive your order confirmation message within 45 minutes please contact our Support Team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed and sent out for delivery we are unable to make any amendments. If you have any concerns please contact our Support Team.
Can I cancel my order?
Our team cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations to your order, however if you have just placed your order you can contact our Support Team and we will assist as best we can.
My item(s) is wrong, damaged or missing.
Ensure you check your items against your order confirmation. If you have received the wrong item, your item is damaged or there is an item missing, please contact our Support Team.
How do I know if the item will fit?
