Shipping Policy

Method of Shipment

All orders within Dar es salaam are delivered on the Next day. This however does not apply to Luna Luxury items or orders delivered outside Dar es salaam. For all deliveries, you will receive an email or text notification when your parcel has been dispatched and is out for delivery.

The majority of international orders are sent via DHL, UPS or Fedex.

Delivery Times

Due the nature of many of our products, the delivery time of your order will vary depending on the item(s) ordered. The average delivery time for domestic orders is 1-3 working days, however certain special orders and bespoke items can take longer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Domestic Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Luna Bridal. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for exchange within 48 hours of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition. Please see a list of our non returnable items below.

International Returns

At this current time, we do not offer a returns for international orders.
